Description
A Jacobsville Sandstone Pendant on a hand-braided, beige-colored nylon cord.
17″ in length. Clasps in the back with a brass lobster clasp and 1″extender.
This one of a kind piece features a stone lovingly selected by Lori from the near by Lake Superior shoreline. It has been smoothed by the lake, feeling softer than is typical for sandstone.
Jacobsville Sandstone is found in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, specifically in the Keweenaw Peninsula (also known as Copper Island). This sandstone was once quarried and shipped throughout the United States for buildings.
